Tom joined Exponent in March 2009.

Since then, he has been involved in the Gorkana, Lowell, Ambassador Theatre Group, Quorn Foods, HSS Hire, albelli-Photobox Group, ENRA Group, SHL, Isio and Xeinadin transactions.

He sits on the boards of SHL, Isio and Xeinadin and previously on the board of ENRA Group.

Tom previously worked for 3i and Capital One.

Born and raised in Yorkshire, he has a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics.
