David McGovern

David joined Exponent in January 2011.

Since then, he has been involved in the Quorn Foods, Immediate Media, Fintrax Group, Trainline, Moonpig Group, albelli-Photobox Group and Dennis Publishing transactions.

He sits on the board of albelli-Photobox Group. He previously observed on the boards of Trainline and Fintrax Group and sat on the boards of Moonpig Group and Dennis.

Prior to joining Exponent, David worked for Macquarie Capital.

Born and raised in Dublin, he has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Studies from University College Dublin as well as a Master of Science in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
