Carol Mahon

Carol was appointed as Non-Executive Chair of Exponent’s Irish-regulated business in 2022.

Carol has over 25 years’ experience in the Irish funds industry and has extensive knowledge in corporate governance and board effectiveness, and the running of asset management businesses.  Carol has held non-executive and executive director positions, including at Federated Hermes Investment Management, Fidelity International Group and MeesPierson Fund Services.

An Irish national, Carol has a degree in Economics and German from University College Dublin, an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School and has completed the Certified Investment Fund Director programme.
