Ash joined Exponent in May 2025 having previously worked at OMERS Private Equity, Altero Capital Partners and Barclays.

He currently observes on the board of Hippo Digital.

Born and raised in North London, he has a BA in Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
