With over 30 years of experience, Racing Post has unrivalled expertise, serving a specialist community of sports enthusiasts, bettors, and bookmakers. Its portfolio of media brands include My Racing, Free Super Tips, Pickswise and Intellr. ICS, a B2B brand, provides specialist international agency services, which drives extended reach and increased traffic through performance marketing, as well as expertise in SEO, content marketing, digital PR, and translation.
Exponent acquired The Racing Post from a consortium of private investors headed by FL Partners. Exponent partnered with the incumbent team, led by CEO Alan Byrne and Operating Chairperson John Dwyer.
We were attracted to the business by its unique position as the only scaled media brand dedicated to horse racing, as well as the opportunity to continue the digital transformation and diversification of the business.
