The story

Group GTI is a leading provider of graduate career advice and recruitment services. Its sector-specific directory guides, related websites and national events provide students with graduate careers information and immediate vacancies.

GTI was founded over 20 years ago and remained in private ownership until Exponent’s acquisition in 2006. Graham Storey, former CEO of the New Media Division of Trader Media, is group Chief Executive. Chairperson John Moore is also Chair of Fintrax Group and was previously an executive at Dell.

We were attracted to Group GTI’s leading position in the UK and the opportunity for operational improvement under private equity ownership. In 2008, the business acquired UK, German and Swiss graduate divisions of Hobsons Plc, which transformed Group GTI into the market leader in Europe.

The business was acquired by Causeway Capital Partners in February 2019.
