Andrew Higginson

Andrew has been Chair of Evergreen since 2017, working with Evergreen’s leadership team and with Exponent.

Andrew is a specialist on consumer markets.

Beginning his career with Unilever, Guinness, Laura Ashley and the Burton Group, Andrew went on to serve as an Executive Director at Tesco PLC where he spent 15 years on the Main Board. He was previously the Chair of Poundland Group PLC and N Brown Group Plc, Senior Independent Director of Sky plc and a Non-Executive Director of the Rugby Football Union.

Andrew is currently Chair of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, YourParkingSpace and Senior Independent Director at Flutter Entertainment plc.
