Photobox Group, Europe’s leading digital consumer service for personalised products and gifts, with flagship brands PhotoBox, Moonpig, Hofmann and PosterXXL, is pleased to announce its sale to Exponent Private Equity (“Exponent”) and Electra Partners has completed.

Exponent and Electra Private Equity PLC will replace, both as owners and board members, the current longstanding shareholders, creating a new simplified and committed shareholder structure.
