Vibrant Foods has recently completed the acquisition of Everest, a leading manufacturer of South Asian dairy products.

Everest is a founder-operated manufacturer and distributor of paneer (a South Asian cooking cheese) and natural yogurt based in Leicester. Paneer is a fast-growing category as it is being discovered by main-stream consumers looking for culinary adventures and non-meat sources of protein. Everest is a leading UK brand and has well established distribution into many of the major grocery chains and independent ethnic stores.

We expect Vibrant Foods to accelerate Everest’s growth by driving distribution through its independent store customers as well as launching new products catering to both ethnic and mainstream consumers.

Everest Dairies is the fourth acquisition for the Vibrant Foods portfolio, alongside the other leading Asian food brands of TRS, East End and Cofresh.
