Exponent Private Equity (“Exponent”) is pleased to announce that Simon Davidson has been promoted to the partnership of the company, making him the seventh partner at Exponent.

Simon has been at the firm since 2008, during which time he has been closely involved with a number of Exponent's retail, consumer and leisure investments. He joined from the private equity investment group Apax Partners, where he spent four years in the consumer and financial services teams.

Simon has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oriel College, Oxford, and an MBA from The Wharton School, where he was a Siebel and Palmer Scholar and the Ford Fellow.
