Joined Exponent in 2005

Tracy joined 3i’s Cardiff team in 1993 and subsequently moved to London to work in 3i’s buyout business where she was responsible for managing the 12 strong investment support team until 2004 when she joined Exponent. She has worked with the founders of Exponent for over seven years.

At Exponent Tracy is the Operations Manager and focuses on operational matters and investor relations.
