Tim has a MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Prior to joining Exponent, Tim worked at Cognetas, focusing on mid-market UK buyouts in the support services, healthcare and consumer sectors. Before this he worked at Permira for three years in the consumer and chemical teams. Prior to Permira he worked in the Corporate Finance division of UBS AG in the transportation and technology groups.

He works with Exponent's investment in Magicalia.
