Simon has a BA in law from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD business school in France. Prior to joining Exponent, he spent 8 years as a management consultant with Bain & Company.

During this time he advised senior management teams in a number of industries on strategy, operational, M&A and organisational issues. This included conducting commercial due diligence for private equity funds on acquisition targets across a range of industry sectors and conducting post-acquisition projects with management teams.

He works with Exponent's investments in Target (GTI) and Lowell.
