Joined Exponent in 2004

Richard has a BSc in Economics from the University of Newcastle and is a qualified chartered accountant. He has eighteen years of private equity experience.

Before founding Exponent, Richard spent 15 years at 3i, where he latterly was head of their buy-out business in France. In the intervening years, Richard was joint head of the London buy-out business where he was involved in a number of successful investments.

He works with Exponent's investments in Target (GTI) and Cardsave.
