Hugh Richards
Hugh was one of the founders of Exponent in 2004. He currently works closely with Radley and was previously on the boards of Lowell and Dreams. Hugh has a particular interest in helping the firm to develop relationships with external industrialists and in bringing their experience to bear on both potential and existing investments.
Hugh previously worked for 3i and started his career as a buyer for the Boots Company. He has a BSc in Chemistry from Bristol University.
