David McGovern
David joined Exponent in January 2011. Since then, he has been involved in the Quorn Foods and Immediate Media transactions and continues to work closely with these businesses. David is also involved with our investment in thetrainline.com.
Prior to Exponent, David spent two years working in the Private Equity Group at Macquarie Capital in London, where he focused on investments in the media sector. David has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Studies from University College Dublin and a Master of Science in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
