GTI

Group GTI is a niche publishing business focused on the graduate recruitment sector. It publishes a variety of online and offline products for students containing graduate careers information and immediate vacancies, principally under the TARGET brand.

The company also organises careers fairs and events, publishes student-generated employer research and rankings, and provides employers with recruitment process outsourcing services and application tracking systems. GTI’s clients are both blue-chip and smaller institutions with differing graduate recruitment requirements, in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Ireland. GTI was founded 18 years ago by Mark Blythe and Adrian Wood who remain involved in the new structure of the business.

John Moore, Chairman of The Gorkana Group and previously Vice President at Dell, is non-executive Chairman. Graham Storey, former CEO of the New Media Division of Trader Media Group is group Chief Executive. With backing from Exponent, the GTI team has developed the successful UK business model in international markets. In May 2008, GTI acquired the UK and German graduate recruitment divisions of Hobsons plc, part of DMGI.
