Dreams is the UK’s leading bed retailer with over 250 stores nationwide. Dreams has a category leading proposition in a fragmented market, driven by its strong brand, wide range of products, large buying scale relative to competitors, strong reputation for customer service, and differentiated ancillary products (e.g disposal of old beds, convenient delivery, bed guarantees).

Exponent has invested alongside the existing management team, led by Nick Worthington (Chief Executive). Mike Clare has reinvested in the transaction and has taken the role of non-executive President.
