Xeinadin is the UK’s leading provider of accountancy services and business advice for SMEs. It operates from over 100 locations across the UK and Ireland and serves over 100,000 clients.

Exponent is investing alongside the management team and practice leaders. We are partnering with the incumbent team, led by CEO Derry Crowley and Chair Alastair Marsh. Exponent Operating Partner John Dwyer also sits on the board.

Exponent’s investment is supporting Xeinadin’s growth ambitions, both organically and through acquisitions. It has enabled investment in innovative data-driven technologies, driving efficiencies and improving the quality, breadth and delivery of services to its clients.

We were attracted to the business by its sticky and resilient customer base, transformational opportunity presented by technology and regulation, and the significant M&A opportunity that exists in the market.
