Wowcher Group is a leading female-focussed offers platform in the UK and Ireland. The company helps its customers access luxury for less across a broad range of local services, international travel and goods, reaching +30m subscribers across app, mobile, web and email platforms. By driving sales through product discovery and personalised offers, Wowcher’s proposition differentiates itself from more traditional e-commerce markets. 

Exponent acquired Wowcher from DMGT, combining it with the UK and Ireland operations of LivingSocial, and has since acquired additional leading platforms including SpaBreaks. 

We were attracted to Wowcher due to its loyal customer base and distinctive brand. This foundation has enabled both organic and inorganic growth as we expanded the audience, refined the proposition, and invested in technology, personalisation, and operations.
