OFS is a specialist service provider for industrial gas turbines and related equipment, supporting the mission-critical power infrastructure on which its customers depend. The business serves more than 40 clients across North America, Europe and the rest of the world, across power generation and data centre end markets. Its long-standing customer relationships and largely recurring revenue base reflect the technical expertise of its engineering teams and its embedded role in keeping customers’ assets running.

Exponent invested in OFS in 2026, partnering with founders Eric Kavanagh and Joe Dunne, and has appointed John Leahy as Chair. We will work with the team to support OFS’s next phase of growth by deepening relationships with existing customers and expanding into new accounts, investing in people and organisational infrastructure to allow the business to scale, and capturing the fast-growing data centre segment as demand for power infrastructure accelerates.
